Operations Manager What sets Sunny Side AZ apart from our competitors? One factor is our staff. Juan Campos is one of our team members that goes above and beyond to make sure that every customer is taken care of from start to finish on the RV side of our business. Juan is originally from California and moved to Phoenix 10 years ago in search of more opportunities in a bigger city. He has been in the collision repair business his entire life. His dad was a painter, and his uncles were in collision repair. Juan began his career path at a young age and remembers being put to work as soon as he could hold a standing block. Juan’s favorite thing about working for Sunny Side AZ is the collaboration of the team. He says everyone works together, which streamlines the process for our customers and reduces the stress on employees. He finds his work rewarding because he is able to help upset customers with their collision repair needs and exceed their expectations with every repair. Juan says watching a customer see their repaired RV for the time and not being able to tell where the damage was makes all the hard work worth it. When he is not working at the shop, Juan enjoys spending time with his daughters, traveling and working on his project cars. He has a 1983 Z28 Camaro, 1968 Camaro SS, and 1986 Oldsmobile Cutlass. Juan’s passion for cars and automotive repairs truly makes him an asset to our team.
